In Service Capture (1), you needed to manually point Firefox to a javascript file which told Firefox how to proxy using ServiceCapture. However, in IE7+, Microsoft removed the ability to proxy localhost (I assume you're a developer?) which may cause some frustration. We've gotten around it by using a "." after localhost: http://localhost./xxx/xxx.html It also may try to decrypt SSL traffic which could trigger an invalid certificate warning from many SSL-enabled websites (banks, etc). You could uncheck that setting in ServiceCapture which could also alleviate some pain ;) Not sure if any of this helps but I feel your pain!
